At the time I started to work with Voxe, the challenge I was dealing with at the moment was finding a good marketing agency. As my business began to grow and evolve, Voxe Marketing also did too, into Voxe AI. And so not only has Voxe been able to help us with our marketing needs and to improve results there, but they've also pivoted into helping out with automations, using AI to help us be more efficient.
We're a data-driven company, so I look at cost per lead, and our cost per lead has decreased over the years. So we've been able to grow and scale with less manpower and less management. And so our people that were doing the mundane tasks are now managing AI, or AI agents, to do those same types of tasks. The positions in our firm are still there. It's just their scope of work has changed.
Matt and his team are extremely helpful. They're just good human beings. They care, and they want their clients to do well. They're really good about making changes and pivoting with you in real time. Their communication is awesome.

My key takeaways are, first of all, I didn't realize how far behind the power curve I actually was. The second thing is how easy it is to implement some of the strategies that he shared with us, the significance of having the AI agents, et cetera.
I would encourage anyone who's trying to either have a competitive advantage or move ahead of the power curve to attend Matt's classes. They're absolutely phenomenal. The last thing I'll say is this: Matt knows how to speak Charmas, and that's a language that not many people can speak. He makes things so simple that you'd have to mess it up yourself, just based on the way he communicates.
