OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

13. Disputes

No class actions

You agree to bring claims only on your own behalf, not as part of a class or representative action.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

15. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a part of these Terms, we are not giving up the right to enforce it later. These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any service agreement you sign with us are the entire agreement about the site.
