Voxe AI publishes and manages videos on YouTube channels, for our own channel and for clients who connect theirs. Here is what the app does, what it can access, and why.

What the App Does
Posting videos takes time: uploading, writing titles and descriptions, adding captions and thumbnails, sorting videos into playlists, and checking how they did. Voxe AI does this work on a connected YouTube channel, so the channel stays active without the busywork.
Who Uses It
Voxe AI uses the app for its own YouTube channel. Clients who want help publishing to their channel can connect it too. Connecting is always the channel owner's choice.
How a Channel Gets Connected
You sign in on Google's own sign-in screen, not ours. Google shows you exactly what Voxe AI is asking for. Nothing is connected until you approve it, and we never see your Google password.
What We Access and Why
When you connect a YouTube account, Google lets us act on that channel. We use this access only to:
- read your channel's ID and name, so we post to the right channel
- upload videos and set each video's title, description, tags, privacy setting, publish time, category, language, and its made-for-kids and AI-content labels
- add captions and a thumbnail to the videos we upload
- create playlists on your channel and add the videos we upload to them
- read the view, like and comment counts of the videos we published, so we can report how they are doing
We do not read or change any other videos, comments, messages or account settings. We do not sell YouTube data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except the service providers who help us run this work. The full details are in the YouTube section of our Privacy Policy.
How to Remove Access
You can remove our access at any time on Google's security settings page, or by emailing support@voxeai.com. Within 7 days, we delete the YouTube data we stored for your account. Videos already published stay on your channel, where you control them.
