When we build AI employees for a client business, the information that business's own customers share is handled under our agreement with that business, not this policy.

Information We Collect

Information you give us

• Contact form: your name, email, phone (optional), business name (optional), and message.
• Webinar registration: your first name and email. On the next step you can add your mobile number, agree to text reminders, and tell us your type of business.
• Done For You application: your name, email, phone, business name, website, industry, years in business, team size, annual revenue range, and the work you want help with.
• Discovery call booking: the details you enter when you book a time with us.
• Anything else you choose to send us by email, phone, or text.

Information collected automatically

• Page and campaign details: when you submit a form, we record the page you were on and any campaign tags in the link you used (for example, which ad brought you here).
• Server logs: our hosting provider records basic technical details, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.
• Cookies: our website does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If we add analytics, we will update this policy first.
• Videos: videos on our site come from YouTube and load only when you press play. After that, YouTube's privacy policy applies.

How We Use Your Information

• To answer your questions and schedule calls.
• To register you for our webinar and send you the details, reminders, and replay information.
• To review Done For You applications and follow up with you.
• To send you emails about our services. You can unsubscribe anytime using the link in the email.
• To send text messages, only if you agreed to receive them.
• To understand which pages and campaigns work, and to improve our website.
• To keep our website secure and to meet legal requirements.

Text Messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we send messages about your webinar registration, reminders, and related follow-up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything.

We do not sell or share your mobile number or text consent with third parties for their own marketing.

YouTube API Services

Voxe AI uses YouTube API Services to publish videos for ourselves and for clients. When a channel owner connects a YouTube account to us, we use that access to upload videos, set each video's title, description, and publish time, and add captions. This section applies to anyone who connects a YouTube account to Voxe AI.

• By connecting a YouTube account, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's use of your information is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
• What we access and store: basic channel details needed to post, the access key Google gives us to act on your behalf, and records of the videos we publish (such as video IDs, titles, and publish times). We keep the access key secure and use it only to publish and manage the videos you ask us to.
• What we don't do: we don't sell YouTube data, use it for ads, or share it with anyone except the service providers who help us run this work.
• Cookies: our publishing tools don't place cookies or store information on your device.
• How to remove access: you can remove our access at any time on Google's security settings page, or by emailing support@voxeai.com. After you remove access or ask us to delete your data, we delete the YouTube data we stored for your account within 30 days.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting, our customer relationship management (CRM) system, email and text delivery, and calendar and booking tools. They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
• Legal requirements: when required by law, or to protect our rights, our clients, or others.
• Business transfers: if our business is sold or merged, your information may be part of that transfer.

How Long We Keep It

We keep your information as long as we need it to work with you, to run our business, or to meet legal requirements. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

How We Protect It

Our website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and we use established hosting and software providers with access controls. No method of storing or sending information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices and Rights

• Ask for a copy of the personal information we have about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete it.
• Unsubscribe from our emails, or reply STOP to stop texts.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under your state's law. To make a request, email support@voxeai.com. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on it.

Children

Our website is for business owners and professionals. It is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

Other Websites

Our website links to other sites, such as YouTube, social media, and award organizations. Their own privacy policies apply there.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will make it clear on our website.
