About Voxe AI

Voxe AI helps service businesses put AI employees to work, so their people can spend more time on customers, leadership, and the work only people can do.

Our Story

From Getting Leads to Getting the Work Done

Voxe started by helping local businesses get found online, with websites, search visibility, and lead generation. Working closely with those businesses, we kept seeing the same thing. Getting a lead was rarely the hard part. The hard part came after: calls that went unanswered, follow-ups that slipped, and owners buried in admin.

So we changed what we do. Today Voxe AI helps service businesses find where AI belongs, put AI employees to work, and build Human + AI teams that make the business easier to run.

Empower Humans. Automate the Grind.

Matt Aponte is a 31-year entrepreneur, published author, AI strategist, and teacher. Matt is also the founder of Voxe AI, where Matt helps service business owners build stronger companies with AI agents, smart automation, and Human + AI teams.

Matt's interest in AI did not start with today's tech boom. For more than 10 years, Matt's work has brought together business growth, new technology, digital strategy, smooth operations, and human performance. That includes 13+ years in digital marketing and search, 12+ years in video SEO, and more than 10 years in video production. Past work includes brands like Ford, Acura, Toyota, GE, Life Storage, and the USO.

Along the way, Matt has built 14 businesses and completed two exits. Matt has managed teams, bootstrapped companies, hired and trained employees, and made payroll. Matt knows firsthand the pressure of running a company that depends on the owner for everything.

That experience led Matt to question the old idea that success has to cost you your life. That was long before AI agents went mainstream.

In 2020, Matt published The Art of Kicking Ass & Taking Names: The Ultimate Guide to Mastering Your Day Without Burning Out. The book is about getting more done without letting work take over your life. Years later, that same idea became a core part of Matt's work at Voxe AI.

Today, Matt is focused on a bigger question:

How can a business become more capable without asking more from the people who run it?

Through Voxe AI, Matt and the team build AI workforces that support people instead of blindly replacing them. Voxe has put more than 100 AI agents to work and built more than 500 smart workflows. They help businesses cut repeat work, respond faster, and get more done. That frees owners and employees to spend more time on work that needs a person: judgment, relationships, creativity, and leadership.

Matt is also an active teacher and a voice for using AI responsibly in business. In the past year alone, Matt has trained more than 1,000 business owners on AI strategy, how to put AI to work, and how work is changing.

Matt works with Better Business Bureau chapters across the nation as a preferred AI partner and serves as an AI trainer for the BBB AI Hub. Matt supports business education through the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and other local groups, and serves as a Strategic Advisor to the AI Collective. Matt also speaks often about AI, running a business, and the future of Human + AI teams. That includes featured talks at Blaze AI and programs with chambers, business groups, and entrepreneur communities.

Matt's work puts people first. Matt believes the best use of AI is not just cutting payroll or automating tasks for the sake of it. It is giving people more leverage, clearing away what slows the work down, and building businesses that can grow without owners and employees giving up more of their time and energy.

That idea lives in Voxe AI's guiding principles:

Build More. Grind Less.

Empower Humans. Automate the Grind.

In 2026, Voxe AI's work and growth earned two business awards. The first was a Gold Award for Best in Business: Artificial Intelligence Implementation / Tools from the Southern Colorado Business Forum & Digest. The second was Hispanic Emerging Business of the Year, which honors leadership, new ideas, growth, and giving back to the business and Hispanic communities.

For Matt, these awards are part of a much longer story. Matt built a first business as a teenager, then spent decades as an entrepreneur. Matt wrote about working without burning out before today's AI era, and now helps businesses through one of the biggest tech shifts of their time. Through all of it, the mission has stayed the same:

Build better businesses without letting those businesses use up the people who built them.

More About Nick Reed

Nick Reed is Partner and Head of Growth at Voxe AI. Nick leads sales, new customers, and growth strategy for Voxe AI, the 2026 Gold winner for Best in Business: Artificial Intelligence Implementation / Tools from the Southern Colorado Business Forum & Digest.

Nick is passionate about helping business owners become time rich. That means using AI to take repeat work off their plate, so they can grow the business without giving it more of their life.

Nick came to AI from the side most tech companies ignore: people and behavior. Nick is a Precision Nutrition Level 2 Master Health Coach with more than 10 years of one-on-one coaching. That work taught Nick that lasting change never comes from better tools alone. It comes from better habits and better systems.

Nick founded RyzeUP Fitness, co-founded the functional beverage brand Kuvana, and has worked in front-line sales paid on commission, sitting across the table from the same owners Voxe serves today.

At Voxe, Nick brings those three skills together: sales, coaching, and systems. Nick uses Voxe's AI Employees and AI operating system every day, and leads weekly live sessions that teach owners the leadership, sales, and growth side of adopting AI.

Nick's belief is simple:

Most AI projects don't stall on the technology. They stall when people don't use it.

Nick's job is making sure owners actually use what gets installed, and get their time back.

What We Believe

Your Business Should Get More Capable Without Asking More of You

Humans lead

AI takes the repeat work. People keep the judgment, the relationships, and the leadership.

Start with the work

We don't start with AI. We start with the work that slows your team down, then decide what AI should handle.

Build leverage first

Add capacity with AI before you add payroll. Hire people when the role truly needs a person.

Your business should fund your life

Growth should come from leverage, not from asking more of the owner every year.

Award-Winning
